Pure was developed for people with food sensitivities in mind, particularly those who have an allergy or intolerance to dairy. In the early 1990s, Pure Sunflower was developed and launched into health food stores throughout the UK. Over the next few years, Pure started to appear in most major supermarkets and new varieties were added to the range; Pure Soya and Pure Organic. The latest additions to the range are Pure Soft & Creamy spread and Pure Thick slices.
